Board of Directors

pronouns: she/her

Dara Ingram is a federal government employee who spent most of her career as a Department of Defense (DoD) supervisor, supporting Naval Aircraft Engine programs.

In 1998, Dara’s younger brother, Shariff, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole at the age of fifteen. This later inspired her to join the Pennsylvania Coalition for the Fair Sentencing of Youth (PACFSY). For more than a decade, Dara was heavily involved in the organization’s efforts to help abolish life without parole sentences for juvenile offenders (JLWOP). Today, she remains a strong advocate for youth justice.
