STACEY TORRANCE
Stacey was charged and incarcerated as an adult when he was just 14. During his 30 years inside, he participated in Temple’s Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program, and he became aware of the impact his story had on those with very different life experiences. This inspired him to seek similar opportunities upon his release, including work he has with Mothers in Charge. Currently, Stacey runs the Free Mind Entrepreneur Network, which highlights the stories of formerly incarcerated people who have started their own businesses. Through every speaking engagement, Stacey will pursue a singular mission: “I want people to have an easier path than I did.”
