YSRP Co-Director Lauren Fine wins Duke 2017 Young Alumni Award

YSRP Co-Director Lauren Fine joined an esteemed cohort of award winners on September 16th when she received the 2017 Young Alumni Award for Service by a Young Alumna, nominated by the Duke Alumni Association. The award recognizes alumni who have distinguished themselves through service to their community or society at large.  Congratulations, Lauren, on this achievement! In speaking about her work with YSRP, Lauren was quoted in an interview with the Duke Alumni Association as saying:

My biggest source of hope is in the young people who are facing these difficult, incredibly overwhelming and often unfair situations, yet are able to maintain their dignity and humanity. They never fail to inspire me.
